Robert Morgan Dean, age 86, passed peacefully on February 21, 2024, at Advent Health in Apopka, FL.

Proctor teacher and Selectboard member Benjamin J. Curtis, 46, died unexpectedly after the car he was driving went off the road in Proctor last Friday afternoon, February 17. 

Gloria Joann Jodoin, a wonderful mother of five, grandmother of six, great-grandmother of seven, wife, sister, aunt, and friend, peacefully went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, February 19, 2024, at the age of 94.

Aline was born in Proctor on January 6, 1930. She was the daughter of Ferdinand and Marie (LaVictorie) Pomainville.

Doug was born in Rutland on September 5, 1966, the son of James D. and Nancy (Petterson) Graham.

Joan Elizabeth Alger, age 87, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Rutland Regional Medical Center with her loving family by her side.

Robert “Bob” Edward Thomas, age 92, passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at his home in Brandon.

Kenneth Hager Willard, age 76, passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

“Mr. Chemical” married “Miss Bonemeal” on April 14, 1984. In 1985, they purchased land in Leicester on which they built Foxcroft Farm and a life together.

She grew up in Brandon, where she received her early education and graduated from Otter Valley Union High School.
